6.1 Return Policy

We offer a 15-day return window from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for return:

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging
• Items must be in the same condition as when received
• You must have the receipt or proof of purchase

6.3 Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us at [email protected] within 15 days to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
2. Package the item securely in its original packaging
3. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box
4. Ship the package to our Returns Department at the address provided

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

6.4 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
