Order Processing
We hustle to get your order out the door. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after placement. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship globally (excluding Asia and some remote regions) using trusted carriers to ensure your gear arrives safely.
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Your order will arrive within 10-15 business days after shipment.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Your order will arrive within 15-25 business days after shipment.

The Nitty-Gritty: Our Policy at a Glance
- Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your item.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
- Refund Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Original Shipping Fees: Are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety, hygiene, and the integrity of our products, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:
- Bungs & Fittings: Due to their specific sizing and installation nature.
- Electrical & Wiring Components: For safety and hygiene reasons, once opened.
- Closeout Items: These are heavily discounted and are sold “as-is.”
- Clothing & Riding Gear (if worn): For hygiene reasons, items must be unused with original tags attached.
- Books, Magazines, & DVDs: These are non-returnable once the seal is broken.
How to Return an Item: A 4-Step Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Request
Within 15 days of receiving your order, contact our crew at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Include your name, order number, product details, and reason for return.
Step 2: Package the Item
Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all parts and manuals. Write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.
Step 3: Ship the Item Back
Ship your package to our Returns Department. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.

Step 4: Processing & Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your request.
- Refunds: For approved returns, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
- Exchanges: We will ship your replacement item as soon as we process the return. Standard or free shipping will apply to the new shipment.
Damaged or Incorrect Items?
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at [email protected]. Please include photos of the product and its packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or return at no cost to you.
