Our Policy At a Glance
- Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your item.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items for hygiene and safety reasons (see list below).
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Process: Follow the steps outlined below to initiate a return or exchange.
The Returns & Exchanges Process
Follow these simple steps to get your return or exchange started:
Step 1: Initiate Your Request
Within 15 days of receiving your order, contact our crew at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include the following information in your email:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- The product name and SKU (if available)
- The reason for the return or exchange
Step 2: Package the Item
Once you have your RMA number, securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all parts, instructions, and documentation. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.
Step 3: Ship the Item Back
Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it arrives at our facility.

Step 4: Processing & Refund
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your request.
- Refunds: For approved returns, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The funds will be credited back to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account will depend on your bank or card issuer’s processing times.
- Exchanges: We will ship out the replacement item as soon as we process the return. Standard or free shipping will apply to the new shipment.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the safety and integrity of our products, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:
- Bungs & Fittings: Due to their specific sizing and installation nature.
- Electrical & Wiring Components: For safety and hygiene reasons, once opened.
- Closeout Items: These are heavily discounted and are sold “as-is.”
- Clothing & Riding Gear (if worn): For hygiene reasons, items like clothing must be unused and with original tags attached.
- Books, Magazines, & DVDs: These can be easily duplicated and are therefore non-returnable once the seal is broken.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the product and its packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or return at no cost to you.
Note on Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send the replacement item to you.
